About

We built this because we kept watching good offers die at the follow-up stage.

First Response Sales exists for one reason: the distance between a lead raising a hand and a competent human reaching them is where most of the revenue in this industry is lost — and almost nobody manages that distance deliberately.

Our position

A sales function you rent, run to a standard you can audit.

Most outsourced setting is sold as headcount: a number of dials, a number of hours, an invoice. That model puts every risk on the client and leaves the operator with nothing to defend beyond activity.

We sell infrastructure instead. Cadences, qualification standards, call grading, reporting and management rhythm are the product. The setters are how it gets executed, not what you are buying.

That distinction matters most on a bad week. When output dips, a headcount vendor asks for patience. We can show you which stage moved, what we changed, and what it did to the number seven days later.

How we work

Four things we hold to.

Operators, not intermediaries

Everyone managing your account has personally worked leads, graded calls and carried a set-rate target. We do not staff accounts with coordinators who forward reports.

Standards over personalities

Talent helps. Written standards are what make performance repeatable when the talent takes a week off.

Plain reporting

If a week was poor, the report says the week was poor and names the stage that caused it. We would rather lose a renewal than manage your perception.

Fit before contract

We decline work where the offer has not proven it converts. Adding volume to a broken offer just produces expensive disappointment faster.

The community advantage

Our bench comes from a community of working setters.

We recruit inside an active network of operators who are already on the phones. Before anyone is placed on a client account we have heard their calls, watched them handle objections in role-play, and seen how they respond to coaching.

The practical effect is a shorter ramp and a lower failure rate. It also gives us cover: when volume moves or someone leaves, the replacement already knows our standards.

Fit

Who we turn down.

Being specific about this is faster for both of us.

  • Offers that have never closed a customer at the target price point
  • Teams with no closer capacity to receive the appointments we book
  • Lead sources the client cannot legally or reliably supply
  • Engagements where nobody internally owns the CRM

If your offer converts and your follow-up doesn't, that's a solvable problem. Let's look at it together.
